These awards were distributed last week at Landscape Workshop’s quarterly meeting, where managers gather to review company performance, receive training, and set goals. It is tradition to close by recognizing the recent top performers across the company. Below are the well-deserving employees and branches who were named Lead Dog for the fourth quarter. Best Manager
Micah Chambers – Account Manager
Micah joined LW in January 2019. In his role as Account Manager, he is responsible for overseeing maintenance crews and a portfolio of commercial accounts in the Huntsville branch. Over the past year, Micah consistently displayed professionalism and excellence on the job. He is known especially for his can-do attitude and outstanding service.
Jeremy Comer – Enhancement Manager
Jeremy serves as the Enhancement Manager for Landscape Workshop. In this role, Jeremy oversees enhancement operations for the Birmingham branch and provides support to all LW branches as needed. He joined LW in 2016 as a field manager in the enhancements department before his promotion. A true team player, Jeremy went above and beyond to offer support to multiple branches throughout the fourth quarter.

Montgomery
Under the leadership of General Manager Matthew Capps, the Montgomery branch excelled in both customer retention and revenue in the fourth quarter. The team received Best Branch honors for delivering high quality service and achieving excellent financial results.
Knoxville
The Knoxville team, led by General Manager Scott Ragsdale, was also named Best Branch. The team delivered outstanding financial performance in the fourth quarter, exceeding their revenue goal by 13.6 percent! Not only did the branch produce excellent financial results, but they also acheived a customer retention rate above 90 percent.
