Landscape Workshop Acquires BCLS Landscaping Services

RICHMOND, Va. – Landscape Workshop is pleased to announce its acquisition of BCLS Landscape Services (“BCLS”), marking the Company’s expansion into Richmond, VA and Fredericksburg, VA. This acquisition underscores Landscape Workshop’s dedication to growing its commercial landscape maintenance and install business in the Southern United States and providing professional and consistent services to top property management companies and owners. 

BCLS’s leadership TEAM, including Howard Rose, Steven Cohen, and Melannie Huber-Cohen, will join Landscape Workshop as they continue to provide exceptional services to its customers. Howard Rose will join as GM of Landscape Management, Steven Cohen will step into an interim position as GM of Construction Services, and Melannie-Huber Cohen will be a consultant to Landscape Workshop during the transition period.

Aaron Kroll of Sterling Point Advisors acted as BCLS’ financial advisors and Jonathan Orrock with Wells-Coleman Acted as BCLS’s Tax Advisors.
