LW Employee Profile | Josh Winters

In celebration of Landscape Workshop’s 35th Anniversary, we’re profiling five of our long-term employees to find out more about them and their experience at LW. Our first spotlight is Josh Winters, our residential Account Manager based in Birmingham, Alabama, who started at Landscape Workshop in 2013.

Which customer or colleague has had the greatest impact on you?

I would say Roddy McKinney [McKinney Capital is the parent company of Landscape Workshop]. I have really enjoyed working closely with him and Mrs. McKinney at their residence. He always has a positive attitude about life and has a great passion for our company and the people who work here. I have also enjoyed the knowledge he has shared along the way about building a successful business and what it takes to accomplish success.

What do you like best about your role at LW?

I like that I get to use my education to create beautiful landscapes for customers to enjoy.

What is the most notable change you have seen at LW over the years?

The growth has been the most notable change.

What three words would you use to describe LW?

Professional, Integrity, and Caring

What do you most look forward to every day?

I most look forward to interacting with my colleagues and customers.

What do you think most contributes to LW’s success?

I think the family atmosphere and the resources invested into the company have greatly contributed to its success.
