LW Employee Profile | Terrence Johnson

This week we’re featuring Terrence Johnson in our LW Employee Profile series. Terrence is a Field Manager at our Birmingham, Alabama branch and has been with the company since 1992. Here’s what he has to say about his time at Landscape Workshop:

What is the most notable change you have seen at LW over the years?
I have seen the company expand from one truck and two landscaping trucks to hundreds of trucks and multiple locations.

How would you describe the culture at Landscape Workshop?
Knowledgeable, focused on learning, and a place of opportunity

What has been most surprising to you about working at LW?
I am most surprised that I have been able to establish a long-lasting career here. I have been a Field Manager for over 20 years…I love working with my guys and love what I do. 

What do you most look forward to every day?
Every day presents a variety of tasks and provides a learning opportunity.

What do you think most contributes to LW’s success?
The employees- I am proud to say I have been able to learn, teach others, and help Landscape Workshop become the company it is today.
