Landscape Workshop Acquires Luigi’s Landscaping

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Landscape Workshop today announced the acquisition of Luigi’s Landscaping Co., Inc. (“Luigi”), a strategic addition that expands the company’s South Florida footprint with a new facility in Broward County (Fort Lauderdale). The move supports Landscape Workshop’s growth strategy in commercial landscape maintenance across the Southern United States.
Luigi founder and CEO Ralph Marano has joined Landscape Workshop in an ambassador role, and all Luigi employees have become part of the Landscape Workshop team.

This acquisition marks another step in Landscape Workshop’s expansion strategy.
