Landscape Workshop Expands National Footprint Through Acquisition of Outworx Group’s Landscape Maintenance Businesses
BIRMINGHAM, AL — Landscape Workshop, one of the nation’s fastest-growing commercial landscape maintenance companies, today announced the acquisition of Outworx Group’s landscape maintenance businesses: Aero Groundtek, Gold Landscape, and Lawn Butler. The transaction expands Landscape Workshop’s geographic footprint into the Dallas, Texas and Salt Lake City, Utah markets while significantly strengthening its existing operations in Orlando, Florida.
The acquisition represents another milestone in Landscape Workshop’s long-term growth strategy, reinforcing the company’s commitment to partnering with high-quality commercial landscape businesses that share its focus on service quality, operational discipline, and long-term customer relationships.
As part of the transaction, Christopher Null, formerly Vice President of Landscape Services at Outworx Group, has joined Landscape Workshop as Regional Vice President. Employees from Aero Groundtek, Gold Landscape, and Lawn Butler have also joined Landscape Workshop, ensuring continuity for customers while preserving the local expertise that has driven each company’s success.
