Award-Winning Landscaping Renovations in the Gulf Coast
Landscape Workshop recently finished a full construction and enhancement project for TCB (The Citizens Bank) Coastal Banking in Fairhope, Alabama. What used to be a 100-year-old empty house was transformed into a lively, modern-day bank. Our General Manager for the area, Scott Watson, said, “our Gulf Coast operations team was more than excited to have the opportunity to help bring this property back to life.”
A local landscape architect company, Walcott Adams Verneuille Architects, drew the plans and Landscape Workshop installed their landscaping design. The property’s renovation included installation of an entirely new irrigation and drainage system and removal of the old landscape as well as an installation of the new. In order not to disturb multiple old-growth trees on-site, our crews hand-trenched many areas of the grounds. There was also an opportunity to revamp a “living wall” on the edge of the property. Our crew planted Jasmine along the wall that will continue to grow upward and intertwine its limbs, lending a classic Southern feel to this historical building.
We are proud of the work that our crews performed for this project and the overall transformation of the property that was created as a result of their dedication and commitment to “wow” our customers. After completing the renovation, we’re proud to say that the TCB Coastal Banking’s enhanced property was selected as a winner for the City of Fairhope’s Beautification Awards!
