Landscape Workshop Accepts Awards from NALP

Landscape Workshop was recently awarded the Overall Safety Achievement Award and No Days Away from Work Award as part of the National Association of Landscape Professionals’ (NALP) annual Safety Recognition Awards Program, sponsored by CNA. The program reflects NALP’s dedication to creating and maintaining safe work environments in the lawn and landscape industry and is designed to reward  companies that consistently demonstrate their commitment to safety.

The Overall Safety Achievement Award honors those companies with thorough, high-performing safety programs that create and maintain safe work environments in the lawn and landscape industry. On top of being awarded the Overall Safety Achievement Award, Landscape Workshop also was honored with the No Days Away from Work Award. This award recognizes our landscaping crews’ dedication to being safe and not having any team members miss work due to an injury on the job in 2015.

“The first and most obvious reason to pay attention to safety is that people matter,” stated Pam Blankenship, Landscape Workshop’s Director of Human Resources. “Safe work environments show we care about our employees and clients. These NALP awards recognize our commitment to our employees and their well-being.”
