Landscape Workshop Acquires Green Simple and maintenance operations of Tree of Life
Landscape Workshop recently completed the acquisition of Green Simple
Landscape Management, expanding our presence in the Atlanta Perimeter. We have also acquired the commercial maintenance division of Tree of Life Landscaping Inc. in Gulf Shores, AL.
These acquisitions are part of Landscape Workshop’s strategy of building critical mass in the cities it operates. As part of this strategy, Landscape Workshop seeks out high-quality commercial landscape operators with strong reputations within their respective communities. These transactions increase Landscape Workshop’s presence and route density in these two already-serviced territories, promising enhanced efficiency and superior service for both new and existing customers.
“I see this acquisition as an opportunity for our clients at Green Simple to receive superior services and support. I am confident that our team will thrive, expanding their professional possibilities and honing their skills under the seasoned leadership at Landscape Workshop,” says Wesley Michielsen, owner of Green Simple.
“While Tree of Life will continue to run its construction and installation services, we believe our valued clients will greatly benefit from the expanded maintenance expertise offered by LW’s seasoned team. LW holds an outstanding reputation here across the Gulf Coast, we are confident that this merger will provide unmatched services and support to our team and clients,” says Baxter Mayfield, owner of Tree of Life Landscaping Inc.
Both the Green Simple Team and Tree of Life’s maintenance team will be joining Landscape Workshop.
J.T. Price, CEO of Landscape Workshop, states: “We are proud to announce the acquisition of these two companies, which marks a strategic expansion of our services. These companies will integrate smoothly with our existing branches, enhancing our capabilities in the regions we already serve. This expansion increases our resources, notably our fleet and on-site presence. As always, we extend a warm welcome to the newly joined customers and team.”
