It has been a busy month at Landscape Workshop, and we are thrilled to spend this week congratulating several outstanding team members for promotions and Lead Dog awards. Please join us today in congratulating Chad Galloway, Michael Ray, Josh Winters, and Rusty Lambert on the following recent promotions.

Chad Galloway – Beginning next month, Chad Galloway will serve as the General Manager of the Gulf Coast branch. Since joining Landscape Workshop in 2011, Chad’s excellent performance and dedication to customer satisfaction resulted in promotions into a variety of roles, including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Operations Manager. Chad has most recently managed our Irondale location, as well as a portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Central Alabama area.

Michael Ray  Michael Ray has been promoted to Senior Account Manager in our Central Alabama branch. Michael joined the Landscape Workshop team in 2015. As an Account Manager in the Central Alabama area, he has managed the maintenance crews and customer relationships for a portfolio of commercial accounts. In his new role, Michael will additionally focus on Account Manager development and coaching, office operations, and safety training.

Josh Winters – Josh Winters has been promoted to Senior Account Manager in our Central Alabama branch. Josh joined the Landscape Workshop team in 2013 and has managed the maintenance crews and customer relationships for a portfolio of residential properties. As a Senior Account Manager, Josh will continue in these responsibilities while also coaching Account Managers and assuming more leadership responsibilities in the branch.

Rusty Lambert – Rusty Lambert came to Landscape Workshop in February 2018 as an irrigation supervisor. For the past year, he has overseen the daily operations of the irrigation crew in our Irondale location. With a promotion to Irrigation Account Manager, he will now manage three crews out of our Bessemer operations and continue to assist with the Irondale team.

Austin McMillan – Austin started at Landscape Workshop in 2012 as our Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, he has handled all things purchasing and procurement, asset management, vendor negotiations, and continued reduction of operational expenses. In his promotion to Supply Chain & Safety Manager, Austin will take on the additional responsibility of implementing safety operations and practices that will further establish LW as a safety-first company.

Abby Wason – Abby first experienced the green industry through a small local greenhouse where she served as a seasonal employee to help with watering. Remaining there 4 more years, her interest in gardening grew, and she learned how to propagate annuals and perennials and install and maintain specialty perennial gardens. Abby started working with Landscape Workshop in 2018 as the Specialty Garden Field Manager in our Lexington branch and was recently promoted to an Account Manager position. In this role, she hopes to provide top-quality residential maintenance in the Lexington market and see more gardens cared for with the best horticultural practices.
