First & Second Quarter Lead Dog Awards

Please join us in congratulating Landscape Workshop’s most recent Lead Dog award recipients. These awards were distributed last week at Landscape Workshop’s quarterly meeting, where managers gather to review company performance, receive training, and set goals. It is tradition to close by recognizing the recent top performers across the company. Below are the well-deserving employees and branches who were named Lead Dog for the first and second quarters. Congratulations on a job well done!

Best Manager

Josh Lansdale – Account Manager

Josh joined LW in 2018 and is responsible for overseeing maintenance crews and a portfolio of commercial accounts in the Central Alabama branch. A recipient of the Lead Dog award for the first quarter, Josh demonstrates great leadership and directs the team in branch safety and daily exercises to prepare well for the day ahead.

Justin Webb – Business Development Manager 

Justin serves as Business Development Manager in the Memphis branch and is responsible for growing our portfolio of commercial accounts and managing client relationships throughout the metro-area. Justin stands out as a team player who is always eager to offer support to team members, while also increasing LW’s book of business in the Memphis area. His drive and can-do attitude are just a few of the reasons he was named Lead Dog in the first quarter.

 

Best Branch

Construction

Under the leadership of General Manager Peter Alexander, the Construction division accomplished outstanding financial results and was named Best Branch for the first quarter.

Knoxville 

With terrific financial performance and a consistently impressive safety record, the Knoxville branch secured Best Branch honors for the second quarter.

Central Alabama – Irondale

The Irondale division of the Central Alabama branch was also named Best Branch for the second quarter. The team oversees all residential accounts in the area and successfully delivers both excellent work and top-notch customer service. The team also accomplished notable results in enhancements sales.
