Landscape Workshop Acquires GreenScape, Inc

 

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Landscape Workshop recently completed the acquisition of the landscape operations of GreenScape, Inc based in Memphis, Tennessee.

The Landscape Workshop team is dedicated to maintaining the traditions GreenScape has worked so hard to establish during their over 80-year history. GreenScape’s owner, Kathryn Hetzler and the entire GreenScape team will ensure a smooth changeover during the transition so our clients and contract holders have no disruptions in services. Our shared values of providing quality comprehensive landscape services with a proactive management approach, makes this a valuable partnership for both companies and most importantly, our clients.

Greenscape COO, Jesse Jay is excited to join the team as General Manager for Memphis’ Install/Construction Division. Landscape Workshop Memphis General Manager, Tom Johnson will lead the consolidated Maintenance Divisions.
