Each quarter, the Landscape Workshop senior management team honors one deserving branch and two individuals that have gone above and beyond to exemplify our Lead Dog culture in and out of the field. To be considered, Landscape Workshop Lead Dogs must demonstrate a high level of expertise, as well as a clear understanding of our core values. They operate with integrity and always treat their clients, teammates and peers with respect. This quarter, our Lead Dog honorees are:

Brandon Smith | District Manager, Montgomery
Brandon joined the Landscape Workshop team in 2015, and since that time, he has proven to be an invaluable member of our team. Based in Montgomery, Brandon oversees multiple maintence crews and a wide portfolio of properties. Brandon works tirelessly to ensure each property is at its best. Whether it’s brainstorming new enhancement ideas with customers or helping out crew members in the field, Brandon’s clients and teammates know they can always depend on him for whatever they may need.

Leah Quarles | Director of Floriculture
As our in-house floriculture expert, Leah traveled across our entire footprint this past spring to assist our landscape teams with their seasonal color installations. She is the mastermind behind the flower bed and container designs at many of our properties, some of which have garnered industry awards and recognition. Leah’s relentless work ethic, positive attitude, and team mentality are just a few reasons why she’s a Lead Dog this quarter.

Landscape Workshop Montgomery Branch
Under the leadership of General Manager, Adam Leger, the Montgomery branch has proven to be the highest performing team for this quarter across our footprint. Aside from their growing portfolio, the Montgomery branch is the true definition of a Lead Dog culture. From community service projects to regular team gatherings, the Montgomery team operates with respect and teamwork in everything they do.
