Landscape Workshop Lead DogsLandscape Workshop2022-10-06T11:03:52-05:00 Each quarter Landscape Workshop’s executive team honors our top performers with the Lead Dog award. Below are our latest honorees. Knoxville’s General Manager, Scott Ragsdale, leads the Landscape Workshop team in the safety record. He holds a meeting with his crews every week to emphasize the importance of keeping our crews and clients safe while on and off the job site. Matt Poor, General Manager of Facility Services, works countless hours to ensure all of his clients’ needs are met no matter the time of day. His positive attitude and team-player mentality are a welcomed addition to the Landscape Workshop team. Josh Wilder, Birmingham Account Manager, embodies the Landscape Workshop culture. His positive attitude coupled with his landscaping expertise and operational performance make him an instrumental team member at Landscape Workshop. Birmingham Account Manager, Michael Ray, not only has one of the largest portfolios at Landscape Workshop, but he has proven himself as a mentor to many of his crew members and field managers. He’s not only dedicated to delivering the best customer service to his clients, but developing Landscape Workshop’s future Account Managers, as well. Lance Whitworth joined our team last year, and he has quickly proven to be an invaluable asset to our Memphis team. In that short time, he has already earned the respect of his clients and teammates, and we look forward to many more great things to come from Lance. Under the leadership of Bill Cobb, the Birmingham branch is consistently one of Landscape Workshop’s top performing branches each year. They always put their clients’ needs first and each team member personifies our core values of performance and integrity.
