BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Landscape Workshop is proud to announce its acquisition of Chris’ Lawn Care, Inc. (“CLC Inc”), marking the Company’s further expansion in Virginia into the Lynchburg and Roanoke markets. This acquisition underscores Landscape Workshop’s dedication to growing its commercial landscape maintenance business in the Southern United States and providing professional and consistent services to top property management companies and owners.

“We are very pleased to expand our footprint in Virginia with the addition of CLC Inc to the Landscape Workshop family,” said J.T. Price, CEO of Landscape Workshop. “Continuing our expansion in Virginia is a strategic priority, and we’re excited to build on that progress. CLC Inc’s deep local expertise and outstanding reputation provide a solid platform for us to continue delivering exceptional service to clients across Virginia and beyond.”

“Partnering with Landscape Workshop creates exciting opportunities for our team and clients alike,” said Chris Templeton, owner of CLC Inc. “We have been looking for a way to continue our growth trajectory, and after meeting with the team at Landscape Workshop and talking to J.T., we knew this was the best path to supercharge our growth. There are many large, private equity-backed landscape companies, but none that understand the landscape industry as well as the leadership team at Landscape Workshop.
