Employee Spotlight – Rebecca Cormier

While the majority of our team members are in the field, it takes several key employees behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. HR Generalist Rebecca Cormier is one of those key players! In her role, she handles new hire processing and terminations, coordinates benefits, ensures LW follows necessary policies and procedures, and also supports LW employees with any HR-related needs or questions. Becca attended Mississippi University for Women, where she graduated with honors in English and received a minor in Art History. She joined the LW team in April after serving as Store Manager for Pier 1 Imports. Since coming to Landscape Workshop, she has especially enjoyed the team environment and the work ethic and passion demonstrated by fellow colleagues. Outside the office, you can find her doing any number of creative hobbies, including baking, cooking, and party planning. She is also a total foodie and loves trying the newest restaurants around town. We are thankful to have Becca on the LW team!
