Landscape Workshop Acquires EdgeForm Landscape Management

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Landscape Workshop is proud to announce its acquisition of EdgeForm Landscape Management (“EdgeForm”), a strategic addition that strengthens the company’s presence in the Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Slidell markets. This marks Landscape Workshop’s third acquisition in Louisiana, reflecting its continued focus on growth and regional expansion. 

EdgeForm has established itself as a market leader in providing high-quality landscape services across Louisiana. This acquisition supports Landscape Workshop’s goal of offering premium grounds management services while expanding its presence into new markets.  EdgeForm Owner and CEO David Ray will join the LW team as Director of Operations, overseeing all legacy EdgeForm operations.  All EdgeForm employees are joining the LW team.

Backed by Carousel Capital and McKinney Capital, Landscape Workshop continues to build on its legacy of reliability and expertise in commercial outdoor management.
