Our Memphis team has shown incredible talent and dedication over the past few years resulting in continuous growth of the branch.  Landscape Workshop is committed to rewarding excellent performance of our employees, and we are, therefore, pleased to announce the promotion of two of our Account Managers that have made a big impact on the Memphis branch.

Wes Pittman has taken on the role of General Manager in our new Nashville, Tennessee location. A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Wes received his Bachelor of Arts in Turf Management from Mississippi State and has more than 30 years of experience in the green industry. Paul Young, Vice President of Operations, says Wes “brings leadership, knowledge, and sales ability to our new team in Nashville. We’re excited to watch him and his team grow as we continue to increase our footprint.”

Wes says that his six years’ tenure with the company has taught him that “we need to run the Nashville branch the ‘Landscape Workshop way,’” including how he plans to organize his crews, manage labor, and take care of our customers. He states that “we’ve got a great team in Nashville, and there is a lot of opportunity here. We’re excited about growing this location.”

Blair Maynard, an eight-year green industry veteran, is looking forward to taking on the challenge of running our Memphis, Tennessee branch as General Manager. Blair says that his “number one goal is to see that our branch stays on a positive path and grows each and every year.”

“His work ethic and dedication to his people and his customers have earned him the chance to lead and grow the Memphis market,” Paul Young stated. With more than 30 years of sales and customer service experience, Blair has the knowledge and skills that will ensure that our Memphis customers continue to experience the same high-quality service to which they have become accustomed.

In their new roles as General Managers, Wes and Blair will be responsible for overseeing all operations for their respective branches, including sales, contract negotiations, budgets, year-end goals, safety regulations, and customer relations. They will  also be in charge of managing the branch’s Account Managers and Field Managers while upholding the culture and values of Landscape Workshop.
