Landscape Workshop recently held its first quarterly meeting for 2019. These gatherings provide a valuable opportunity for our team to hear from the leadership, receive training, and connect with fellow team members. After we reviewed the past year and set goals for the year ahead, we took time to recognize our fourth quarter Lead Dog recipients. Please join us in congratulating the following team members for an outstanding performance in the last quarter.

Austin McClure, Account Manager

As an Account Manager in the Central Alabama branch, Austin is responsible for managing the maintenance crews and customer relationships for a portfolio of commercial accounts. Austin has acquired over 14 years of of experience, having previously served as a Manager at Sparkman’s Nursey in Lubbock, Texas, as well as a Foreman for Treehouse Farm and Nursery in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Austin’s proactive communication and quick follow-up to requests are especially impressive, as he holds the highest customer count of all Account Managers in his branch. General Manager Bill Cobb further applauded Austin for his intentional training of crew members and achieving terrific sales in the fourth quarter.

Huntsville Branch

Under the leadership of General Manager Braxton Ferguson, the Huntsville branch performed exceptionally well in the fourth quarter. Their focus on customer relationships, communication, and stellar service resulted in notably high customer retention and impressive enhancement sales. The Huntsville team’s transparent communication and dedication to customer satisfaction particularly embody the Landscape Workshop values to operate with integrity and to “wow” our customers.

Knoxville Branch 

In Knoxville, General Manager Scott Ragsdale has established a branch culture with safety as the cornerstone. With safety meetings held every week, it is no surprise that this branch holds the highest safety record in the company. The Knoxville team also had excellent financial performance in the fourth quarter, a result of managing labor costs effectively and expanding the LW footprint in their particular market.
