BBJ Names Landscape Workshop Among Largest Private Birmingham Companies

Landscape Workshop has secured a spot on one of the Birmingham Business Journal’s most anticipated lists. The BBJ’s recently published Birmingham 100 ranks Landscape Workshop No. 64 among top-producing private companies in the city.

This year’s list reveals encouraging growth and a hopeful trajectory for the Magic City, with top companies increasing revenue by more than 23 percent since last year. According to the BBJ, companies on the 2018 list generated more revenue in 2017 than companies who made the list in the past 5 years respectively. Landscape Workshop is one of 62 companies that reported revenue growth from the previous year, with annual revenue up from $28 million in 2016 to $35.1 million in 2017.

Companies on the list represent an array of industries, four of which stand out based on overall revenue. Professional services ranks among these flourishing industries, with an 8.7 percent revenue increase from last year.
